I can’t stand CNN, can’t stand Fox News and the old standby CBS Evening News is as one sided as you can get…

So you want an example of what’s wrong with CNN?

Fox News wants to cover a topic in 2.53 minutes and if your explaining something as a guest..you will be cut off and then cut to a new story for 2.53 minutes.

If you saw Katie on CBS tell about the wonderful decision by the Supreme Court and the 2nd amendment you saw the most one sided (the sky is falling and lets repel the 2nd amendment) story I have seen in years.

So where do I get my news? That’s something I’m working on...any ideas?

So SmugMug has come out with what is called SmugVault. It’s basically like Jungle Disk.

The difference is you can view picture files (just like it was one of your smug galleries) no matter what filetype it is saved as…

In 1990, I bought this Chevy Cavalier with only 11 miles on it.

Eighteen years later, today in fact, we traded it in on a 2008 Kia Rio LX

It was a happy time for Gerri and a sad time for me (of course Gerri drives the Cav to work everyday, so she is happy to see it gone)

Gerri asked me if I was sad to see it go as I had it a very long time...my answer was “...yeah a lot of old girlfriends...” anyway it was a good car as it saw me through my Air Force and college days and with only 116,000 miles on it...it was still a good car.

I’m not really sad..I’m happy we can get Gerri a new car to drive.

As you can see from the pic Jack is happy to see the old car go away also.
